Disaster Supplies to be Gathered on September 25
Thank you for your generosity in donating disaster supplies for flood survivors! On Saturday, September 25, members of the Disaster Response Team will begin gathering these supplies. Please check the webpage twkumc.org/disaster-response (or check with your district office) to find out where and when your church can deliver these supplies for pick-up.

The Labyrinth: A Walking Meditation
Lakeshore Camp and Retreat invites you to The Labyrinth: A Walking Meditation on September 18 from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. The Labyrinth is a spiritual resource for health and well-being. It is a universal meditation tool, an opening of oneself to reflection and contemplation. Register here

Miriam's Promise Golf Tournament: The Cooper Challenge
The Cooper Golf Challenge fundraiser to support Miriam's Promise will be on Monday, September 27, 2021, at Bluegrass Country Club in Hendersonville, TN. Miriam's Promise stands in the gap, building bridges through crisis pregnancy counseling and child placement services. If you don't play golf you can still raise funds and awareness for Miriam's Promise by participating in The Promise Challenge: 30 Days of Giving. Leading Amid Controversy Over Masks and Vaccines
Navigating the complicated and divisive issues of vaccines and mask-wearing has made ministry during this pandemic even more fraught for many pastors and congregations.
