The Mississippi River District of the United Methodist Church is made up of UM churches in the following counties:  Crockett, Dyer, Gibson, Haywood, Lake, Lauderdale, Obion and Weakley

Our District is part of the Tennessee Western Kentucky Conference (TWK) of the United Methodist Church and part of the Nashville Episcopal Area.  

 

Bishop McAlilly has announced the appointment of Rev. Dr. David O. Weatherly as District Superintendent of the MS River District effective July 1, 2022.
