Drop Off Sites for Disaster Response Supplies
Thank you for the outpouring of support after the flooding in our conference communities. We frequently update the webpage and add to the list of district drop-off sites for requested supplies: twkumc.org/disaster response. Thank you for your continued financial donations as well.
Update on Nominations
The TWK Transitional Nominating Committee was inspired by the number of submissions. There were nearly 400 individual forms submitted as self-nomination and recommendations, and nearly 200 individuals replied to the follow-up contact information/self-disclosure form.
The team has begun the discernment process and is working together to design teams for the new conference. Please be praying for the members as they work in the coming weeks. The pool of leaders will be contacted in the first weeks of October.
Thank you to all who participated in this process and continue to be willing to lead into the new Tennessee-Western Kentucky Conference.
