Denman Award: The deadline is May 1 for Denman Evangelism Award submissions in both conferences.


Voting Essentials: In the coming weeks, voting members of both conferences will receive voting codes as well as dates for GNTV training sessions. Please contact your district office if your email address has changed recently!





Racial Ethnic Local Church Grant Application Now Open

The General Board of Global Ministries provides grants to foster the development and strengthen the witness and ministry of racial/ethnic local churches in the United States. The deadline to submit applications is May 1, 2021. Application


Youth Ministry - Opportunity to Have Your Voice Heard!

Ministry Architects is beginning their work with the future TWK conference to build a new youth ministry. At this point in time, they want to hear from the people most involved in ministry with young people, and with teenagers as well, through a series of listening sessions geared to gather as much input as possible. The next session will be held on April 26 through Zoom for the Purchase and Stones River Districts. Learn More


THRIVE 2021 | May 16

Red River District and all friends! THRIVE 2021 - Take 2: Rise Up and Rebuild: Empowering, Encouraging & Equipping will be held Sunday, May 16 at 3:00 p.m. via Zoom. When You Return to In-Person Worship

Discipleship Ministries published "Things You Should Know Before You Get Ready to Sing" compiling resources from the CDC and other faith-based and scientific sources about safe ways to gather and worship. Read more Also, as you transition back to the new normal, this 1-hour "Cleaning and Disinfecting Your Worship Facility" course from CongregationU might be helpful.


Funeral Financial Assistance

Please share with members of your faith communities who have lost a loved one due to COVID that funeral reimbursements are now available from FEMA. For more information go to the FEMA website.
